Existen dos tipos de personas a la hora de entrenar: las que se rinden a la semana y las que consiguen sus objetivos. Quizás te sientas más identificada con el primer tipo. The best results are the slow results. Those 14 day fat blaster ads on magazine covers or these skinny teas out there do not give you these results. Don’t let them fool you….hard work always wins. No shortcut will get you what you want, or at least it won’t long term. I’m not going to lie and say trial and error hasn’t been a huge part of my journey, cause it has. But what HAS been consistent about my journey is the very word CONSISTENCY itself. I wasn’t perfect everyday but each new day I woke up and decided I wasn’t giving up. I wasn’t going to give into my excuses anymore. 2015 was the year I changed my life. Yes, I was the one who changed it, because it doesn’t just magically change on its own as you sit around wishing for it. You deserve to live your best life, but YOU are responsible for creating the life you want to live. What are you waiting for? #transformationtuesday

????? HAPPY 1 YEAR GYM ANNIVERSARY TO MEEEEEE!! ???? ????wow how crazy is it how much your body can change in a small amount of time. I began the gym on Sunday 9th Oct 2016 and making that decision has been the best thing I’ve ever done. I’ve not just changed my appearance but I’ve changed my lifestyle, my diet, my attitude towards food and exercise just everything! I began this journey as a size 16/18 weighing a whopping 16st 4lbs, I then lost 5 and a half stone which got me down to 10st 11lbs and now I’m back up to 11st 4lbs due to gaining back the muscle I lost from low calorie diet and high cardio routines. I literally love the gym that much I have 3 memberships and my living room has become a bloody gymnasium ???? I spent this year losing the bulk of my weight so now this next year I’m going to spend focusing on building more muscle and getting even more toned. I can’t wait to see where I am this time next year and the year after that and the year after that! Trust the process and take it a day at a time because this just shows that it is possible. ??WHEN WILL I START SEEING RESULTS?? _____________________ I get asked this question SOOOOO much! . So I thought I’d touch lightly (lol me lightly? Like hell imma go into depth) ???? on the subject… _____________________ So when will you start seeing results?! ???? . Well it all depends on the effort you apply and how determined you are for 1! ??????????? . It also depends on how your eating… ???? . Anddd on your bodies natural metabolism (let’s all remember no two of us are the exact same) ???? _____________________ So I’m going to share with you my own personal experience with how long until I saw results… . Obviously when I started the first stone I wouldn’t say was hugely noticeable, don’t get me wrong I noticed but I was still big (starting weight 12 stone 1) within 3 months I had lost over 2 stone, THAT was when I noticed after 3 months of training hard eating a high protein low carb diet and doing a high cardio routine 6x a week I noticed I huge difference – fat loss more muscle definition and tone! . However when we see ourselves daily it’s hard to say oh hey I look like I’ve lost it because we are our own worst critic! _____________________ I’d say probably in the last 6 months is when I’ve noticed my muscle gain, quads and abs develop! . Whenever I gain weight it’s always on my arms hip and love handles, I’d say this is where I hold onto it and in the past few months I’ve really minimised it, through eating 6 meals a day, weight training and minimal cardio ???? _____________________ The most important thing we need to remember and I know I always bang on about it but TRUST the process, even if you don’t feel like your progressing each and every day your changing and getting 1 step closer to your goal! Got some #mondaymotivation for you guys today because I’m feeling the best I ever have in this lifestyle and it’s taken time to get here. Talk about how time is nothing in this lifestyle. 2 years sounds like such a long time but it’s almost at that point and I’m literally JUST getting started! It’s been a year and 8 months since this journey began and I’m trusting in one thing- consistency. I treat each day as a new day, challenging myself to outperform the day before. Some days are great, some days are trash-no matter what something is always better than nothing. I can’t wait to see how much more I can do. I’ve started implementing more core workouts and been running way more than I ever have and that alone has strengthened me so much mentally. I know it seems like you’re so far from your goals, I know it seems like it’ll never happen, and I know what it feels like to be hopeless-BUT that’s not your reality. All those negative things need to be put out of your head. If I could go back in time a year and 8 months I would tell hopeless Ruth that there was hope and that one day she’ll see. Believe it. Whoaaa! You don't really notice the bad ass results until you see a side by side! ????You wanna know my secret? It's an awesome new diet pill called "There are NO QUICK FIXES, get fit quick schemes, wraps that make it go away or short cuts! You gotta get your booty up and sweat for it!" ???? . Everyday day I wake up, I have a choice to make…eat like shit, go to the bar tonight, skip my workout and crash on the couch feeling like ????in the morning…or wake up feeling refreshed and motivated, get my body moving and sweating, eat clean and healthy, have a positive mindset and set my priorities straight! I choose option B every single day because I have one place to live in…and I'm sure as hell gonna take care of my temple ???? . Who is ready to make a change in their life? Not just physical…but mental and spiritual? My next group is opening up-community support, meal plan resources, one on one time with your coach (me) ????, prizes, accountability, self love workshop….let's chat! ????It all starts with one day….the rest will follow ?

Along the road she found herself going over some bumpy roads but always stayed consistent and never gave up. ???? Here we are today.
