As you all know, Maddie the daughter of Jamie Lynn Spears suffered a terrible accident when she was driving a Polaris ATV. For those that haven’t been on top of the news, she avoided a ditch and fell into the water. Due to its weight and the fact that she was not with any of her parents, Maddie remained several minutes under water while Jamie and her husband tried to her out.
According to TMZ, the manual of the ATV prohibits any minor less than ten years of age to drive this vehicle without a parent present. Maddie is only eight years of age. This is exactly what the manual states: “Never allow a child under age 10 to operate or ride as a passenger in this vehicle.” It adds: “Permit continued to use only if you [the parent] determine that your child has the ability and maturity to operate safely.”
“Never allow a child under age 10 to operate or ride as a passenger in this vehicle.”
It seems there have been several incidents with this specific type of brand called R170. That is why the family has decided to sew. But the company has only responded by sending their best wishes.
At the end people, Maddie should have never on that ATV. Our thoughts are with the Spears Family.
