So we want to present the TOP restaurants where you can enjoy amazing dishes and have some of the pop-up feelings that this particular week brings to everyone.
So the first restaurant is :
–Cauliflower at KYU
Is an ancient concept plate and is one of the most popular among the guests. Is served over goat cheese and shishito-herb vinaigrette.
-Doughnuts at the Salty Donut
Art Basel stands for one year of the opening of this particular restaurant. It’s known for offering a different style of donuts, they are thought of more artisanal. One of the most asked for is the doughnut filled with Granny Smith, which has apple pie and topped with a sprinkle of oat streusel; and a cran-blueberry crumb fritter drizzled with a sugary glaze.
– Roasted Heirloom Carrots at The Continental
So are you ready for the final plate: Dark roasted carrots on top of a scoop of Greek yogurt. Yummy!!! It also has some quinoa, ginger, and honey to tag along.
