1. Tell me about your greatest achievement
Don’t be shy! Sometimes we hold ourselves back when talking about our stuff, but you need to be proud of all the sacrifices you have made for being in this position at this precise moment. Try to write down your top five greatest work achievements and some notes on how you achieved them to make sure you mention all these points.
2.Why have you changed jobs many times?
Well it happens, internships, freelance, and part- time jobs that helped you while studying in college or moving from one country to another. Just direct it into a positive by talking about the broad base of skills you have learned, and explain why all of those, together, makes you a better fit for this job specifically.
3. Walk me through your job history
Always relate your work history with past accomplishments. Add context to that one-page resume. Share experiences that portray your management skills have a good explanation for all the decisions that you took.
4. What is your weakness?
This is one of the most difficult questions to answer. Just don’t reveal too much, but always be honest and portray you are self-aware( and believe me if it’s always good to keep room for growth and evolution). No one is perfect.
5. What do you like to do outside of work?
Make sure to mentions activities that reflect your personality- this indirectly affect your behavior in the work culture that already exists within the company.
