Brad Pitt, last week went to the Superior Court Justice, to demand that all documents regarding his divorce and any process that involved his kids made private. He requested for everything to be closed, and away from the public the eye. But the lawyers of Angelina Jolie didn’t agree with this argument.

The lawyer of Brad argued: “The minor children should be protected from embarrassment and stigma resulting from public access to information concerning their emotional status and their relationships with their parents.”

The psychologist Stahl who talked for Pitt’s legal team, also declared that submitting kids trough this pain is never the best idea. This were her words: “In my experience, I have been involved in many high-profile matters, and in each one of them, either parties have stipulated, or courts have ordered that information be sealed when potentially sensitive or damaging information could be discovered by children in family court matters,”

Finally, according to Daily Mail the couple is due in court in January well they will discuss the next step of their case. This were the words of the actor: “I  am extremely concerned that if court records regarding custody are not sealed,  information contained therein will cause irreparable damage to our children’s privacy rights.”
