Lady Gaga was with Lee Cowan of CBS on a very deep and revealing interview of who is Mother Monster. She talked who is the singer behind Joanne and why is the reason for this new change of style in music and look.
Gaga exposed herself completely, by letting the world know the reason behind her new album. Explaining why she wrote certain songs, and how her life has changed since the last production. She added how was playing the music for her family and People Mag quotes: “My father was very, very emotional. And my grandmother was, too, but she held my hand and she said, ‘I hope, my dear, that you won’t be too maudlin while you’re putting this music into the world.’ … She didn’t want me to have an obsession with the death of my aunt.”
For those that still don’t know Gaga, named her album Joanne due to her aunt who died at 19. To continue she keeps explaining the reason for the rest of the songs and adds: “We love men, we just love with everything we have. And sometimes, I don’t know that love is met with the type of dignity that we wish it would be met with. We’re not trying to make you less of a man; we just want you to love us as deeply and as wholesomely and as fully as we love you.” People Mag. The reason for this quote was due to her breakup with Tyler, and this how Million Reasons was born.

Finally, she ends the interview by speaking about the hardest part of fame, and why she has been out of the loop for a while: “As soon as I go out into the world, I belong, in a way, to everyone else. “It’s legal to follow me, it’s legal to stalk me at the beach, I can’t call the police or ask them to leave. And I took a long hard look at that property line and I said well, you know, if I can’t be free out there, I’m going to be free in here”
