The Researchers found out that snapping selfies and sharing them with friends boosts people’s mood and makes them happier. The investigation suggests that taking one selfie a day will improve your confidence. Now on the other hand is true that selfies have gained a bad reputation, due to the fact others have suggested that people who snap and share lots of them are just narcist. (Now you see that is not true, snap away)

As mentioned above the University of California, conducted research, exploring the effects of the selfies. They spoke to Daily Mail and this it what they said “Our research showed that practicing exercises that can promote happiness via smartphone picture-taking and sharing can lead to increased positive feelings for those who engage in it.”

The team collected different analysis, and they came to the conclusion:  people who that picture of themselves tend to be happier and comfortable with them, those who take pictures of objects are more reflective and appreciative, and finally those who take pictures of others have a better connection with their friends and family.

So guys take more pictures, be happy!
