Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. One Black model, Deddeh Howard, took offense to the standards of Beauty placed by the media and popular fashion campaigns, so she did something about it.

The 27-year-old medical student from Liberia disliked that big fashion campaigns featured white models and left Black models out in the cold. She created a series with photographer BF Raffael Dickreuter of photos called “Black Mirror” where the original campaigns were mirrored by her own pics.
